An excursion for sailing & sailing along
With us you will get to know the fascination of sailing during the day trip Baltic Sea, either by actively sailing along or simply enjoying the moments. Come with us on board the sailing yacht and leave your everyday life behind! The sailing trip is suitable for everyone who wants to join in, sailing experience is not necessary. The sailing area around Rostock extends from Warnemünde - Yachthafen Hohe Düne, to the destinations Kühlungsborn or along the Rostock Heath to Graal-Müritz.
We are also happy to visit the old river and the quays of Warnemünde and/or sail through the Rostock city harbour. In consultation with you and depending on the weather conditions, we will set sail for these destinations to enjoy a maritime day.
Schedule Day Trip Baltic Sea
The day trip on the sailing yacht Calima begins in the marina Hohe Düne, where your skipper awaits you. After a short welcome and the obligatory safety briefing, the Calima leaves the harbour. As the marina is located directly on the Baltic Sea, the sails can be set immediately behind the harbour exit. The skipper decides the destination of the day trip depending on the wind and wave conditions on site. One possible destination is the harbour of Kühlungsborn, which invites you to a short stop at midday. However, the Darß is also a wonderful destination with a variety of possibilities for a small swimming stop in the Baltic Sea at anchor. When the weather conditions are worse, the Warnow and the harbour facilities off Warnemünde offer shelter from the swell and make for a pleasant sailing trip despite rough seas. During the trip you can actively participate in the sailing manoeuvres under the guidance of the skipper. The experienced skipper is happy to pass on his knowledge to all interested sailors and sailing novices and impart initial knowledge about the sport of sailing. Those who prefer to enjoy the view of the Baltic Sea coast and relax are also cordially invited to join the sailing trip. After 7 hours, the yacht passes the harbour entrance at Warnemünde again. The trip ends at pier H in the marina residence.
